For privacy enquiries, the identity of the company handling your enquiry or details of that processing, contact info@med-luxe.com. The MEDLUXE Bali details on the homepage relate to Bali; they do not identify a registered office in Dubai.
Data associated with your visit
The contact form sends your name, email, selected property, message and optional phone number to MEDLUXE through Formspree. It does not make a booking or payment or create an account. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical logs for delivery and security. Saving your language remains optional. A temporary record in this browser tab records submission time, site and a random identifier; it contains no form fields and is valid for conversion measurement for 30 minutes.
Purposes & basis for processing
Technical processing delivers and protects the website. Enquiry details are used to respond and take steps you request before a possible agreement. Depending on the circumstances, processing requires consent or a permitted exception, such as processing necessary for a contract or a legal obligation. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional language storage requires the separate choice below.
Providers, sharing & processing locations
This website uses Sites/Cloudflare for hosting, Formspree to receive enquiries and Google Ads for optional advertising measurement. MEDLUXE and its email providers receive enquiry details. Providers may process data outside the UAE. Contact info@med-luxe.com for information about recipients, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
This website itself has no enquiry or customer database. Your optional language preference remains on your device until you switch it off or clear site data. Infrastructure providers determine the retention of their technical logs. Email and telephone record retention depends on the purpose, progress of your enquiry and applicable legal obligations; request the details for your information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request information or access, correction, erasure, restriction, cessation of certain processing and portability, and withdraw consent for future processing. Staying in Dubai
Operating Holiday Homes in Dubai requires the applicable Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) registrations and permits. A property presentation or this notice is not evidence of licensing or immediate availability.
- Before agreeing a stay, request the contracting entity’s full name, address and contact details, and confirmation of the operator’s authorisation and the permit for the specific residence.
- Accommodation terms must be clear in Arabic and English and identify the residence, dates, check-in/out times, permitted occupancy, facilities and rules of use.
- Before payment, obtain the full price and breakdown, applicable taxes and Tourism Dirham, any deposit, and amendment, cancellation and refund terms. This website does not collect payments.
- Guest identification and building rules are addressed when arranging a booking and at check-in. Request support and emergency contacts and a complaints process from the licensed operator.
